Nice, The guy on the bike is really funny. I really like the first one, what was the setting and what lens did you use?

Shame on You, knocking that kid off his bike just for the photo! J/K ;)
Nice timing, "and" reflexes. :)
My favorite is (#5) the last one. That tunnel walk way draws my eye, and interest to the scene at the other end.

Thanks for the compliments, I really appreciate it. I use a 50 1.4 90% of the time. For the wide angles, it's a 17-40L.
Yup, 106th and Park, Pete. :)

Love the shots. I'm not sure about the pp in #2 though. Something off about it.
The others in the series are great though

Being a "non-city" gal, I appreciate seeing these photos....very gritty and alive.

Great to see another NYC street 'tog here! I like 4 and 5 best, hey throw in #1 too. Actually all are excellent captures, together they give you a feel of various parts of the city. The Soho pic looks Abbey Roadish, by the way.

Thank you for the compliments. I did a lot of cropping in that pic only because there was a lot of extra stuff going on that wasn't relevant. I was trying to leave the reds but it made the pic a little iffy.

You really capture the essence of urban life in your photos. I love pictures like this which give you a glimpse of what everyday life in a city is like - I don't know how to explain myself exactly, but they don't have to be altered to be nice images, nor do they have to be of a particularly exciting scene to tell a story. They are not glamorized, and are pleasing to look at because of their purity.

I love your shots. #2 did nothing for me, but the others did a great job of capture city life.
