i read the sticky on "when do i need a release"
i also read a few other threads about photographing private buildings, etc. where can i read the actual laws governing photography in nyc or nys? i want to sit down and just read legal material outlining what can and cant be done.
like can i take photos of the bridge and sell them?
can i take photos of the empire state building and sell them?
something along those lines....
