I like it, but was it staged? If not you could have the CIA (or depending where it was shot, various other government agencies) after you soon...he looks like a surprised "businessman".

Awsome shot. I really like how the windows are all framed and centered percectly, and yet he's in the perfect position. Was it staged?

Friends, thank you for all your warm responses.
To answer a few of the questions - not staged and I didn't wait long at all. I noticed him walking briskly toward me and just had time to find an appropriate backdrop, step into position, frame, wait until he arrived where he should be and shot. Apparently my actions didn't go unnoticed as we can see him turning his head to camera - which appealed to me more than the routing man-walking-by shots I usually might manage.
