A band manager approached me last night while I was shooting a fashion/music show, and he would like some shots of his bands to be used on flyers, even promotional videos.
Now, I WILL keep copyrights to all my photos(of course), he'll give me credit of photos used(if any), how much should I charge him for use my images?
What would be the basic fee? Say £75 for 5 photos? And a variable charge can apply according to usage on top of that?
I'm asking because I've never dealt this with individual before and wouldn't know how much to ask for, i dont wanna make it too cheap to shake the industry, nor i want to charge too much to scare him away. I know it's a great way to spread my name as well.
I'm looking for a win-win situation, any advice would be great.
