WTT: XTi with 2 lens and bg-e3 + cash for 40D

I have a excellent condition 400d with the canon battery grip, the kit lens, a 28-90 and I would like to keep but if necessary a 50 1.8. I would to trade this all for a 40D with kit lens. I have $225 to add to the trade. Just under 2500 shots taken with the camera. It still has the blank warranty card. There is a small scratch on the screen that can be fixed by canon for under $20. All the shots on my flickr were taken with the camera. No pics of the body, as too this is my only camera.
