Nice shots, but who does his wardrobe?
Do you think he manages to pull in that? LOL

He had his full band with him - but he does solo shows as well!

Do you think he manages to pull in that? LOL

He is quite the gay icon; so I'm guessing his glamourous outfits are found quite alluring in some circles.

It's a bit strange to see he is pretty big and performing. I remember his first song when he was 12 in the french-canadian movie "Tommy Tricker And The Stamp Traveller" I used to watch on the Disney Channel whenever it was on:

Jeez, Rukes, you must be almost as old as I am ... oh, you're not talking about the Mickey Mouse Club! :-)

Richard, you didn't show much of the band.

Richard, you didn't show much of the band.

The band were very much in the shadows and it was definitely Rufus' show!

Rufus is the son of Loudon Wainwright III and Kate McGarrigle - both successful musicians in their own rights and is his sister Martha Wainwright is also a successful musician. Quite a musical family!

His ancestor, Peter Stuyvesant had a cigarette brand named after him!

Did he do his rendition of "hallelujah" ?

LOL, nice warning. 'Bout the photos: certainly would have cropped some to improve composition. Maybe #1, 5 and 7, but definitely #2, 3 and 6.

First off, thanks for the warning.

Nice pics but... 2,3,4,5 although technically good I really don't like the look on his face and that can ruin a perfectly great picture.

I like #4 and 7.
Agree that some could be cropped.

I also think that exposure *really* should be more constant.

Thanks everyone.

I normally would have cropped a little differently, but the editor I was shooting for has asked for more landscape crops than portraits, hence my decision to go that way.
