D60 BATTERY CHARGER

Does anyone know whether the battery charger that I got with my D60 works both on 110 and 220 volts without any extra transformer, etc. I'm going to Canada and don't want to get there and find charger won't work. I'm in UK (220/240 volts)

My D60 manual (page 145) lists the specifications of the Compact Power Adapter CA-PS400. Rated input is 100-240 VAC (50/60 Hz). You may need a plug adapter for the Canadian or various European systems.

I'm not sure where you're based but if you're in the US we have the same power system so you won't need any adapter for the charger in Canada - my D60 charger works just fine. If you're coming from Europe, Asia or Australia then the story is different.

p.s.: we even have running water just like in the US :D

I used mine in the US the UK all over Europe and in Iceland. Only used a plug adaptor had no problems at all.
