Thanks Matt. The 1998 ver 4 WRX was the first and last performance car that I've owned to date. I got into the performance scene after I got married and had my first kid .. there was no turning back .. from a hobby turned professional, I started distributing turbos to USA and Australia and this has gone on for 2+ years now. I re-invested some of the profits into photography and got myself a 300D as my first dSLR and now the 20D with a couple of L lenses. In a similar transition like my race car hobby, I am now a professional photographer and i shoot for just one person-the elderly gentleman you see a lot in the galleries. The Sultan of Brunei conferred him the highest title as a distinguished leader of the Chinese community and I've been travelling with him as his personal photographer, going from one Embassy to another and I'm documenting his travels in my Galleries. Oh and no. I don't own the car anymore, but I kept the spirit alive as the car remains a single most costly business invetment for me but one that i had completely recovered through the distribution business.

Sounds like you have a great gig going on there. I used to peruse the nasioc forums a year or two ago... I partially stopped because it made me want to buy more and more car parts (not a good thing when I was attending school and didn't have a full time job). This forum does the same thing to me, but now that I have a job it's not much of a problem, and used camera equipment holds its value a bit better then used car parts... so I don't feel too bad about spending the money :D
And sorry I missed your IM, I was sleeping... but the answer to your question is this nickname is related to Initial D
