I'm helping a friend install the gallery software on to his server, it's a 1and1 server which I know doesn't come with ImageMagick installed.
So after reading through the posts regarding the software, I found a how-to-install on 1and1 servers which I followed and download/unpacked to the server.
Now comes the problem, I can't get the path to work no matter what I try. Most of the time the reply is 'just use convert', well that I'm guessing only works when it's in the usr/bin directory. My installation isn't, I following the instructions on the 1and1 install and imagemagick is in it's own directory on the root of the server, i'm using the convert files etc are in the magic folder (only place I can see files called convert etc - NOTE - all the files are marked either with a .h or .c example = convert.c is that normal?)
So I've tried /ImageMagick/magic/convert etc in the path area but it doesn't work.
