Ok well I was taking team photos for the school football team today using the RAW format (Ive never used it personally, but I was asked to use it by the coach). Well, I cant view these files. What is wrong? Help ASAP would be really nice, I dont want a football team against me!

A little information please....
What camera did you take them with, and which program are you using to attempt to open them?

Just uploading to filefolders from Lexar CompactFlash Reader

You have to convert the files from RAW to TIFF or JPEG. I'm not sure which program Canon bundles with the Rebel, but it's in there.
I'm sure a Rebel owner will chime in with the answer pretty soon.
You can also download a trial version of Capture One LE (C1LE) that will do it for you....It's good for 30 days, I think.

Your rebel should have "File Viewer Utility"(FVU) software that came with it.
That will convert .CRW files to jpeg or Tiff. (I think)

EOS Viewer Utility, ZoomBrowser - Both from Canon & Came with Rebel
PhotoshopCS - Adobe $$$$
BreezeBrowser - BreezeSystems $
IRFanView - FREE
There are others but this should get you going. Did you ever think of doing a search on google or how about RTFM for help.
