Yea, but I had to cover the holes =) A product of boredom... I figure a piece of gaffers tape will do fine for cover up when out and about in tedious places.

Haven't you just traded one "Canon in bag... Rob me now" sign for another (more cool) "Rob me now" sign?

Nah, prob' will just use this bag for storage anyways. It's not too adequate to haul All my gear on an outing, I'll use the Lowepro for that and isn't too obvious...

I zip the pair of zippers off to one side so they can't fall open. I probably would have done that even without reading about zipper problems. The zipper issue I have been hearing about I haven't had. Hence... no problems whatsoever. Surgery on the emblem was relatively painless. I haven't even bothered to stitch up the wounds, they're pretty minimal and in tough ripstop material. I'm thinking about just a dab of seamsealer or something to bind the loose ends together might be sufficient, maybe even glue in a teeny tiny gaffers tape band-aid into the glue. It'd be nearly invisible with or without it I think. A full gaffer's tape band-aid inside would do where no-one would look anyway. It's inside of a zippered area. As far as not being big enough to haul all my gear... That's perfectly fine with me. I never need both my long telephotos and indoor lenses all at the same time. I can typically take all the gear "I want" in it. They're cheap enough a guy could even keep a separate indoor kit and outdoor kit in two separate bags. Swap a lens or two from kit to kit and pull the one most suited for the event. I've enough supplies to split between the two for typical day outings.

I use a small fanny pack for the stealth trips (stadiums, street photography, simple travel kit) and flip it around to the front to shoot or keep a better eye on it in public. I'd like to figure out how to run a cable through it to prevent someone from knifing the belt and running off with it, but it's very inconspicuous so half that battle is already won.
