Oh crap o la
I do not know what the heck I did but somehow I changed the way I view ALL the digital canon pics on my computer. I have a powershot A10 and BEFORE I messed it up I was able to go to folders on digital pics, ones I took and saved to the Harddrive and pics other have sent me, and using the VIEW, thumbnails, I could actually SEE the thumbnails of the pics...... but now ;-(
thisis NOT happening, now I can not SEE thumbnails, even tho thats how I have selected to view them.
Somehow I have changed ALL the digital pics on the computer, I right clicked on the pic (which is NOT showing as a pic) and went to properties, and it says OPEN WITH, and no matter what I choose I still CAN NOT see them as thumbnails, I have tried to open with IMAGING, EXPLORE,PAINT, nothing works. Can ANYONE PLEASE save me from myself, my email is Beaniesway@aol.com

MUCH THANKS IN ADVANCE

Beanie,

What OS are you using?

Did you move the original images to any other folder on the hard drive? Try rebuilding the thumbnails.

You don't say what OS you are using but in Windows XP, go to your folder and right click the mouse and choose Properties, Customize and change the Drop Down window to Pictures. Then Choose View and select Thumbnails or Filmstrip.
