I saved one sRGB color space. The other one does not. Which one shows better color wise.

Me either, but it is about the best hot sauce around.
Keeps both flavor and kick..

Ok, that is what I thought. I have two, actually four computers hookd toa KVM switch. The windows xp with the calibrated monitor. I can't see a difference. The linux box with un-calibrated monitor. Shows the first one darker.

The first one shows slightly darker on my monitor too (Samsung SyncMaster 931B, not calibrated though).

First one is darker on my monitor also (Samsung 2232BW) Just a tad...

I think the first one is better, with a darker cast to it, you can see the detail in the bottle more clearly. Look at the stone behind the lady on the bottle, with the darker tone you can see more of the stone oven in the background. The bottem one is alittle brighter and the nice brick gets washed out so you cant even see the detail....

Just my eyes though, everyones are different =)

I think you hit the nail on the head. Displaying images it is an approximation only showing prints you can see how it really looks.

Looking at them on a Polaroid 32" calibrated monitor, I cannot tell a difference.

It's impossible for the human eye to distinguish these details that you're asking us to perceive. sRGB and Adobe RGB both have enough color detail to produce great color rendition for online viewing (on a monitor). Print both and then you may be able to see a difference...maybe.
