I have been trying to take a few product shots with a white background and two strobes with diffusers. But I cannot get rid of the shadows. What can I do to prevent the shadows to appear?

How big are the products?

Use a softbox, a brollybox or an octobox and place it in front of, above and close, but not too close, to the product as possible, assuming we're not talking about something huge like a refrigerator or a car.

Use a softbox, a brollybox or an octobox and place it in front of... The wider (bigger) the light source, & the closer it is, the more diffuse the shadows will be. You could bounce the strobes off something like a 30X40" white card, or use an umbrella for the main light & the other strobe for the background, or a combination.
