Hi
Newbie here, got a slight problem!

Just bought a 'G2 Black' kit and been having a play with it. Fantastic!
I've loaded the software to download images etc OK but can't install the Photoshop 5 LE software. It asks for the serial number and the instruction book says its on the CD case. For one, the CD case is a white sleeve not a case and 2, it doesn't have a number on it!. I've tried the 2 numbers on the CD, the ones starting 9001 and ZZP but no luck.

What am I doing wrong?
Any suggestions /advice gratefully recieved.

when I got my G2 recently, the white envelope had a full scale serial number on a sticker on the back of the envelope - no chance that the sticker may have fallen off?

I think you're right...
I've 'phoned my supplier and he's getting in contact with Canon for me.

Feel like a kid at christmas with a new toy and no batteries!
