I recently purchased a filter that I will not always keep on any lens, a circular polarizing filter. I was about to pack it away in my camera bag but then thought that maybe I shouldn't keep it in its original plastic case that it came in.
How does anyone else store their filters? I've seen both soft and hard cases at B&H but don't know the pro's and con's of either. Also, does size matter (in terms of the filter case :lol: , come on... get your head out of the gutter :lol: )? Does anyone just store their filters in the case that the filter came in?
