Looks like a casual snapshot, not much thought put into it. Interesting subject we don't see everyday but the execution could be better.

True. There seem to be a lot of distracting elements in the picture and I'd like to see the subject looking a bit sharper. I've tried a crop to draw attention to the subject better but I'm not really happy with the way quite a bit of it is out of frame. Unfortunately, rotating the image for the crop just lost even more.

It may have escaped attention but there is also a semi-naked female in the frame. This seems a far more interesting candidate as the main subject but doesn't appear to have much to do with NASCAR. I'd suggest perhaps re-tit-ling the photo. :)
