Free or cheap Actions or plug-ins? PLEASE!!

OK, so I loaded the trial version of CS3. I've been a PSE user for the past three versions and now I think I am ready to run with the big dawgs. At first glance I like the look of CS3, the first thing I notice over PSE5 is the detail adjustments you can make. It looks like you can really fine tune color, contrast, and luminosity much more accurately. That has me about sold on it. Now I want to learn about actions and plug-ins that are not available for PSE5.
Can anyone point me in the direction of some good and useful actions and plug-ins. What I mainly want is stuff that makes images look better, smoother, sharper, brighter, OH hell, I don't know what I'm talking about. I generally make a few basic steps in PSE5 and make a good photo look better. Now with CS3 I can make a fair picture look much better. So, if I can find ways to speed that process up by using actions or plug-ins then I might be ready to buy in.

Have a look down through these sites. I'm not sure if they all work with CS3, but you can check them out. Highly recommended in quite a few forums. I have a considerable number of them in my CS2. Good luck.
