I'm Stephen, I want to get in all the practice I can get for any kind of event, youth sports, wedding, parties etc..... I will shoot ANY event for free! I will also print out some picsture I took and GIVE them to you also for free. I just want practice. I live in Gwinnett GA, but im willing to travel a few hours somewhere if need be. Thanks for any replies. I have a Canon Rebel XTi, with 4 different lenses.

This is the mindset that is killing photography. It would be respectable for you to put images up and offer them for sale while not charging for the actual shoot, but what you're doing is plain silly.

Don't sell yourself short. Just keep an eye open in the newspaper, there's a TON out there to shoot. You shouldn't be offering services until you have something to show. What you could be doing is presenting a shoddy image of yourself to people who otherwise could have been clients.

The other big problem with it is that you're going to earn yourself a label that will be all but impossible to get rid of. You'll be known as someone who shoots for free, and that's not something you want to be known for.

Shooting for free AND free photos! That's gonna cost you some if the shoot is 3 hours away.

I took a look at your Photobucket account. You should not be offering ANYTHING for free, your photography is way above that. Have faith in your own ability (if I'm right in thinking you want to shoot for free because you don't believe your photography is good enough), practice as much as possible outside an event and then charge a good rate to get paid work.
