I like the simplicity of the layout, Mike. I did have the viewer (is this Lightroom?) sieze up on me at one point (IE7), and have to say I'm not really a fan of that viewer as it seems to spend a lot of its time drawing and scaling boxes on my screen while I'm waiting to see your photo. Also the hit counter on the bottom - that's very 20th century and I'd lose that.

Agree about waiting for the pictures to size and load in the viewer. I believe that most people are impatient and just want to see the picture.

I'd also increase the size of the thumbnails just a tad so I could pick and choose which ones might interest me a little easier.
