According to 'The Flash Centre' UK, as of mid December 2007 all new D-Lites will have fan cooling. The official announcement won't be made until FOCUS 2008. I dare say that this is to allow for time to clear the non fan cooled stock.
Worth checking to make sure that you get the fan cooled ones when you order ;)
