When is new macbook pro being released?

Keep hearing they are changing intel chips and adding that cool new mouse track to the macbook pro. Anyone know when it will hit stores?

Mac versions like to come out in the late summer early fall I seem to rmember and again afore Xmas

Still it's not like they completely redesigned it either. Biggest upgrade IMO is the 17" finally having LED's. That was the big push for why I purchased the 15".

The track pad would do me no good, I use a wireless 3 button travel mouse anyhow I hate track pads. The current two finger approach is bad enough, they are going to have you doing sign laungage on the thing by OS.x 11

Else it's more like they are giving you the 2.4g upgrade model for free now that's the biggest bargain. The 2.6g is still the biggest so if you cleaned out your bank account last summer for one with all the bells you still have a kick butt laptop.

I do like the added ram on vcard however too.
