I have been loving the collages that people do, on here and other sites as well, I mostly photograph kids, so I wanted to try to do some because i think its a great selling thing...sooooo...what programs do you guys all use to create these? I have PSE 4.0, and I use microsoft digital image, but i dont think they have the ability to do collage....can someone help me with where to start or what program to get? also I have a hallmark program that does collages, but....the big but....it only makes it in a certain file, and so only i can print it off at home. Do digital labs have the ability to read other files besides jpg or bmp? I dont know how to convert the files over to anything readable to email it....lmk..thanks...

Fotofusion from Lumapix (http://www.lumapix.com/) makes this type of processing easy.

You CAN do collages in any version of PSE. It's really easy. Check out this site (http://www.elementsvillage.com/forums/index.php).
Here's an example:
