This is a strange question, but just oned a JPEG taken with point and shoot and it seems clear with I view with Windows XP (even when I open it as a email attachment, but in Vista not nearly as clear.
And in Vista doesn't seem to matter if it is in Windows viewer or PS.
In Vista I am viewing on 22" widescreen could that effect a low quality JPEG
