Lotus - Memphis, TN

Lotus, an electronica/jamband, travels with one serious light rig for the club size. It was the first time I'd shot w/ my 5D in this particular club - I've always held off from buying the 70-200 2.8 (Saba, I think I'm going to break down and buy it after all these years of denial), but now that I'm not using a crop body any more, I don't have the reach I used to on my 100 2.0....actually had to borrow a buddy's Nikon during the show to get shots of the drummer and the percussion player.

1 and 5 are sweet.

Some are a little blurry perhaps crank the iso and increase the shutter speed a little.

The capture of the light in 5 is rather nice :)

I find 1 to be spectacular. Great band also, shooting their show in august.
