I noticed that there are more and more dead pixels on my G7 (on the jpegs>I guess a problem with the sensor). There are around 6 white dead pixel and 2 blue ones. You can see them in the crops. My G7 is still under warranty. Is the Canon service able to repair this?

These are inevitable but go ahead and send it back under warranty. Most likely they will just program the camera to remap the bad pixels.
