I started getting a "Device removed improperly"-type warning when I tried to download 212 photos from a Kingston 2GB CF card. After many tries, I got 175 photos transferred. Thinking the problem must be with the "device", I bought a new Sandisk 12-in-1 reader and still had the same problem. My conclusion: The problem is in the CF card. Is this correct?
If the problem is in the CF card, how can I get the rest of the photos off the card. I've seen come threads about "rescue" applications. Are these any good? if so, which one should I get?
