Very interesting idea - good thinking to take opportunity of a bad situation. Sorry to hear about the *******s doing that in the first place though.

COOL shots, Love the 2nd the most, care to share the lighting?
Sorry about the car (plymouth breeze?) Insurance going to cover it? Where was it when it happened?

Macros were shot in the garage with normal overhead lights and my 580ex II bounced off the ceiling...
Its a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus (same thing) but it only has 50,000 miles on it...mint until now! It was in the driveway because I had my Jeep in the garage so I could change the oil today....jeep is now outside..I didn't file a claim cause its only $223 installed and my deductible is $500....I dont claim anything under $1000 cause its not worth paying the high monthly premium for the next 3+ years..costs more in the long run....

Thanks Troy...not cool, but only a material item...I try to find positive as much as I can.....

That sucks. I don't knowif your premium goes up tht much if you use it for vandalism. But like you said, only $230 something, so not much choice in this case. Which is actually cheap. I replace my back window and it was over $300.

R_Metzel,
An excellent example of how to find good in a bad situation :)

Sorry about the situation but like #2 - would have been even better if the main subject was not so central in the pic.

This series ought to be in Wikipedia as the defination of "Making a silk purse out of a sow's ear." Arguably the finest example of opportunistic photography I've ever seen. Sorry about your auto glass but you got some really good shots out of the deal. Maybe the local auto glass repair shop would buy nice large prints for their office?

Nice, like number 2 and agree with LordV about the positioning.
