Hi everyone I am new to this forum. I need help lol.
My Canon Powershot SD 850 IS digital camera can take pics and record video. I usually have no trouble when I plug in my usb cord to my Imac computer. Iphoto on my Mac would usually start up and it would automatically import all my pics and video files as well.
But this time it won't import my video files but for like two. Some of the video files are from 9 minutes to 5 minutes long. I used a SDHC memory card on my Canon. I thought it might be the battery so I charged it but nothing happened still and I thought it would be the memory on my mac but not the case either. I can play the videos on the camera fine but it won't import to my computer! Can anyone offer me advice and a solution? Thanks in advance!!
I have the EOS utility and imagebrowser cd from Canon and the files are on my computer but they don't work either. The EOS utility is mesed up and doesn't even start up anymore. Just Iphoto when I plug in the usb cord. Thanks
