I haven’t picked up anything in months. The last one was the 100-400. But, I’ve had some shoots so my photo-kitty’s got some $$$ in it for some lens but can’t really decide which one. I though maybe the MPE-65, but I just got a set of tubes and haven’t really had a chance to play with them yet. I was hoping that the 5D replacement was going to be announced as it was my first choice, but alas, Canon is still dragging their feet.

I got a used Sigma 150mm macro. I used to have the Sigma 180mm, a few years back but sold it for lack of use. Missed it the minute I sold it.

I'm thinking about getting a 70-200/4 IS (good for family trips as apposed to the 100-300). And then later selling the Sigma 100-300/4 to get the new Sigma 150-500. Assuming the 150-500 is a good lens. And even then I may just skip the 150-500 and keep the 100-300, it's a pretty good wildlife lens with the 1.4X. I really like the lens.

I may also get a Sigma 15mm fisheye, but I keep wobbling back and forth on the need for this lens. Not totally convinced myself that I really want one.

The Canon EF-S 10-22. That was last summer while vacationing in the U.S. (Maine). I stopped by Best Buy in Portsmouth, New Hampshire (close to Maine) (829$, no sales tax, worth it). With tax differential and currency exchange all taken into account, it cost me about 300$ less than best price in Canada! (Prices have gone down in Canada since then since canadian dollar is at par with US).

My next move will be a good portrait lens, maybe EF85 f1.8, EF50 f1.4, EF-S60 f2.8 or similar...not decided yet.

The last lens I bought was the 100mm macro, but it's a while back. I'd absolutely love a 400mm f/2.8 but I just can't justify that kind of cash for the use that I'd give it.

The only other lens I just might go for is one of the 70-200 zooms, maybe the f/4 IS, but being pretty much used to fast primes I'm just not sure it'd be fast enough. Especially in the UK, it's not exactly known for lots of bright sunshine over here!

The 35-350mm i managed to get a brand new copy, from a guy, he bought it severals years ago, but have not managed to use it, as he had got another lens. the 35-350mm was a replacement for 28-135mm IS. i love the lens.. its actually my 1st white lens that i ever had. :D

I recently got a 70-200L f2.8 for my new 40D. It's a great lens, with great versatility, but a lot of money. BUT, I must say the lens that I believe gave me the greatest satisfaction vs cost is my 70-200L f4.0 that I got about three years ago. For the money this is a great lens and I would recommend it to anyone, it produces stunning pictures.
