Well... none of the shots seem to have a clear subject - I suppose the chair in the first one counts but, well... it's perhaps not the most interesting choice of subject?
The second one's cluttered and nothing really seems to stand out as the point of interest.
Third one.. the horizon's seriously wonky and again, no real subject leaps out at me.
Keep shooting! Maybe take more time out next time to select a subject?

Welcome to the forum KingoftheHill :-)
I like the lighting on the stacked chairs in the first one. I think there is room there to crop it into a portrait format shot, placing the chair to the bottom left of the frame, leaving you with room for the shadow and a nice area of darkness above and to the right. :-)
I like the third one. As Jim pointed out, the horizon needs levelling, which will improve things. :-)
Keep up the good work. Night photography is really good fun. Vehicles are good for long exposures at night because you can capture their light trails. Water is good too, if you live near the coast or the Lakes. For more lighting possibilities, wait until full moon each month and take advantage of what the moon can do for you.

Nice shots, on the third one close the apperture a bit to turn the light into stars.
