HI I lost my camera sloutions software for my camera, if anybody has some I could really use a copy! Thanks in advance!!

I've already misplaced my 200mm f/1.8 (I know.. but without the girlfreind around the house,. I can;t find anything!)

Anyway.. I could sure use another one!


Seriously,. all the software you need is available for download from the Canon website. 8)

Not that you'll be able to use the downloaded software without the original, though. :?

Best answer if the request is legit is to contact customer service for a replacement CD.

Heres the problem: The software for the camera is downloadable from canon, but that is only the driver, the other software in order to stich photos and such come only on a cd and is not availible for download, I tried to order one but they will not ship it to canada...

Phone Canon HO in Toronto and ask for the Sales Dept. (sorry I do not have the number handy)
I contacted them about getting the Digital Solutions Disc for my 1D and I recieved it today. Total of less than a week. Just have the serial number of your camera handy. Very easy to deal with and very quick.
Try this number 905-795-2007.
total cost of the disc was $6.00 plus S&H.

I had the same problem ... actually, my 18 month old son broke the old CD :lol:

Didn't seem like a big loss to me, at that time.

However, I recently upgraded to a new notebook and am now in need for the CD.

What did I do? I was quite creative... I contacted Canon via their customer support web site and got the reply that I should send them an e-mail requesting a new copy mentioning that I will cover the costs (usually $ 10 to $ 15).

I don't have the disk yet ... but why don't you try that?
