Dragonflies.Slightly soft compared to a true macro lens (or maybe because taken at f3.5) but pretty good and nice natural lighting.

Allowed the smaller aperture due to a bit of wind and wanting to get a little DOF so not just one side of the head was in focus :)

i love dragonflies .one day i hope to shoot one..:(1st pic is stunning..2nd isnt all that.

As has been pointed out, these are dragonflies.

All you need to remember is that dragonfly wings stick out to the side, damselfly wings fold down over the body and tail.

I try to shoot em but I just end up following them around the garden. I wonder if they ever complain about the paparazzi. :)
