A morning in the forest ...

Hi all, my first post in the macro section here... I went for a walk in the forest this morning here in New Zealand, some BIG spiders in there, well for NZ anyway ... enjoy and feedback more than welcome as its all still pretty new to me :)

Yeah first one was the biggest by far, It had its eggs in a little web nearby and i was looking at them and trying to find this wee spider then it moved and i saw it and nearly craped myself LOL Probably the biggest I have seen in Christchurch.

I love that dragonfly. It's one of my goals to eventually photograph one to that sort of standard. Long way to go before that happens though LOL.
