You can find them for ~80 shipped with US Warranties via eBay with a Tiffen UV Filter. Purchased mine and just did the warranty. Flawless.

I would recommend that route.

Was just throwing it out in case you can't find one and need it more quickly. With the filter and shipped ended up being quite a good deal and a fresh warranty card :)
