Did you take yours from that footbridge on the other side of that grassy area too? I like your crop, the extreme close up makes it very dynamic.

I think I was outside the Royal Festival Hall- top platform, so I think I was nearby. Photo of the platform attached ;)

70-200 +1.4 converter used on my 20d. I like that combination- pulls in the image. I wish I have the 300mm f2.8 next.

I also wanted to takes silhouettes of the people, but was in too much of a hurry at the time. Next time.

I was on my way to the Chinese New Year in Trafalgar- did you go?

Nah, didn't go to CNY although I was in Trfalgar Sq the day before and some decorations and things were up, got a couple photos but nothing outstanding.

I used to work just near the London Eye so I've got loads of shots, used to head there after work when the weather was good, then my harddrive crashed and I lost all but a very low resolution version on my webalbum. Disappointing but lesson learned!
