Today I went down to a pumping station that is just down the road from me.
Its like a photographers dream there but unfortunately its all fenced up so it limits to what you can actually shoot there.

Me too! What would they do?
I have and usually amounts to nothing. Was taken to an office once when on private property such as this. They just wanted to know what I was doing and I explained the type of work I do in photography and that I was not trying to chronicle 'environmental' issues around their plant. They were fine with that explanation and sent me on my way. Another time, same situation, I was given a tour of areas that I would not have seen otherwise.
Just be friendly and understanding.

@two40: Thanks mate I was worried I had gone overboard with the processing.
@Gary: Well I definately was. Infact me and a friend are going to (maybe) jump in there in see what we can do. The fences are all above head height so it will be tricky but we'll figure it out.
@two40: haha yeah I always get these pot heads come in to work wanting booze. its really funny.
@Gary: I'll take take that in mind. No one is around besides laundrymat, trailor shop and whatnot.
@Mike: Thanks a lot mate.

@davo: yeh mate. you got to come over some time soon. we'll do it then.
@Andrushka and Hennessy: all I really did was covert to lab mode and used curves to bring out the colours. its way better then saturation and whatnot.
