the first one was taken at our home whereas bouncing the flash from the back white colored wall :grin:

Love the first one, the choice of the white background is perfect... but u need to pp out the black little thing thatīs holding the flower together...

First shot is very good, nice effect with the white background.Agree with the comment about PP out the plastic clip otherwise great image.
I like the colours in the second and the PP, just not sure about the composition, Have you tried a tighter crop

Not for me im affraid but the colours look well balanced to my eye.

First image is great! I would try to clone out that plastic clip as well.

Actually, the picture does have a profile -- the EXIF data shows that it is sRGB. Since, the color looks good, we can assume that your color management appears to be OK (of course I don't know how it might look on your monitor).
The OOF background rose seems to be just a bit too distracting because of its location partially behind the main subject. It might help to darken the background as shown below to mute the effect of the background rose.
