S70 question.

Greetings all,

So, I had an issue with my S50 casing coming apart, which most likely was caused by a drop of the camera. With my Best Buy service agreetment they no questions asked replaced it with a brand new S70. It was the "comparable" model they had available. Which is absolutely great. But my question is does the S70 ink on the camera mode wheel wear off as easily as it did on my S50 or has canon addressed this issue? If not I am going to have to find some way to preserve the ink. The "Auto" writing was gone after just a month or 2 on the S50, the rest went months later.

From what I understand, the only cameras that had an issue with the icons wearing off of the mode dial were the initial release S50 models. The later S50 cameras didn't seem to have this issue from what I've heard.
