If only the chain link fence wasn't there. Otherwise, a good photo.

i like the fence in there. it adds a dimension of tension to the shot -- who is behind the fence / in the cage?
my only thought to change the photo would be to remove the shadow of the fence from the woman't forehead. i'd try it and determine if it helps or hurts the tension the fence creates.

Awagner: I don't know if I like this; the face job seems too fake. I'd rather have the fence on it.

I don't think there is much you could do to improve it. The fence is an important element. The pose and expressions are great.
You might play with colors and sat in PS. Pump up the sat and the contrast a bit. Make it more cartoon like to add some punch.
