Album gallery - thoughts please

Seems a weird request but can you guys take a look at this page and tell me if it captures you.

If you were a potential client would you be impressed with these images, and by images i dont mean the images in the actual album but the images i have taken to show the quality of these albums.

I think the photos you have are really nice. Thinking as a potential client....I think you might want to have more pictures of your layouts and less of the bindings, box, etc. It only takes a few pictures to establish the quality of the book itself. But I would want to look at several layouts to see your design and style. Well, that's my humble opinion. :) I hope it helps you out.

I agree, too many of the "BOOK" details, also you might want to increase the DOF on some of them so the whole item is in focus. the ones of the ends of the pages with the pages not laying down flat do not add to the "quality of the album" effect you are looking for.

Took some advice here and managed to ditch some of the "detail" shots and provide full layout images of the album

Some may think its a simple design but this is what i do. Too many effects in albums and it quickly dates IMO.

What do you think? Better?

I also think this looks really good. I like the simplicity of the your design. IMO simple = classic.

Thanks. Ive always thought about doing fancy effects etc in Layouts but always change my mind and go back to simplicity.
