first time using my new lens (24-70mm f2.8L) very happy with it, altho found it easier to use my 15mm fisheye in most cases as i was so close

Thoughts?

Some nice shots there. I am not a fan of the 24-70 for gigs as it does not focus well in low light. Much prefer my 50mm prime.

Some nice shots with the fish eye but again its not really my thing.

I like the first and last one though :)

i found that it had a bit of trouble focusing at times actually. had my 50mm with me but was too close to use it

You might want to read the FAQ. It suggests that you number your images to make them easier to comment on. I use 24-70mm f/2.8L regularly at concerts and it focuses fine on my bodies.
