nearest I have in my gallery was ID'd as family Sciaridae; very nice shot by the way.

Wonderful shot Alistair - think it's a fungus gnat - which after looking it up makes it Sciaridae as Toby commented.

it a Lens and its MP-E 65 1X to 5X mag lens only ,the shot look like 3X mag and stacked

looks like a fungus gnat to me. i see them daily in some of my plant pots. great shot
