Couple of shots of my team training. Any help is appreciated.

These are great...my only sugestion is the poles in the shots are in the middle of your skiers. I know they should be there but off to the side of the skier would not take away from the main subject. Tack sharp....white balance great. Nice job.

Nice ones. I would crop a bit tighter, especially first one (a lot less of photo on top), and include left hand and about 10cm of pole on second one.
And one suggestion... position yourself just below place where terrain breaks from flat one to steep hill (sorry I don't know how to say this properly in English). This way you don't get crappy background with nets, coaches etc., but clean one with sky or forest.
