The past few weeks I've unsuccessfully been trying to take this panorama to create a large print, and I've debated even buying a pano head just for this one panorama (I'm not a landscape shooting type of guy).
I was having some sort of crazy dream about an hour ago though when I woke up with what I thought was a "brilliant" idea to get the lens to rotate and shift about its nodal point. Granted, I'm going to have some framing issues (eg. chimp or live-view), but hopefully that's not a huge deal. I'm going to go try it out in a few hours, hopefully it works as I expect :)
