Out of curiousity what would the average rate be for real estate photographers who are just doing this as a side gig? I'm not talking specifics here just a ball park per house average...

I work for a large real estate office in New Mexico in their corporate marketing dept. Real estate agents can be a tight bunch of business people and most think they can go out and buy a $200 point & shoot camera and give their listing clients top notch marketing. i do quite a bit of this. if i am shooting a bunch of homes in a day i charge $300 for the day. if it's only a couple of homes, i charge $50 for each, which includes pp and making them look really sharp. good luck!
