C'mon! Is this picture that bad? Too common? To sterile? Senseless? Have I gone insane? Utterly repulsive? Trivial? Meaningless? Badly executed? Guilt associated? Politically incorrect? Socially unacceptable? Unconfortable to comment on? Flippy floppy?

I like the picture, but it feels like there is too much background. It's a fine line, because you need enough background to make it work, but I'd lose 25% of it or so. I love the way the light hits the little hand. Nice touch.

I think it needs to be cropped a little tighter. Lose the blue denim (?) and the two moles on the right. And then put a subtle frame or border around the edges. You might try desaturating just the red background some also. I like the shot though, and think it has potential.
