hi, I just updated my site again. I'd love to hear any feedback, either on the design (which I am relatively happy with) and also the content. e.g. do you think some of the images are over processed etc...
Any other comments welcome. And here is the link:

I..don't like it as much, I see where you were going with the creative pen drawn logo, but it seems unfinished.
I do like the pen drawn logo though, that is a fun way to do a website, but I think I would extrapolate on it and make the site look more finished.
I think I would change all those large photos into thumbnails as right now it's quite a bit to load at once, and I'd much rather see a bunch of thumbs that I can click on if I decide to.
But to each his own, as long as you (and your audience) like it :)

ok, thanks for the input.
I was aiming for something 'lightweight' with less links, hence I took away the thumbnails. However, having tested this page on a 56k modem, i see that it is not as lightweight as first thought...
I'm not too sure how I can polish it off more and make it more finished. 'Simple' was the goal, so there was more emphasis on the actual photos than on the webstyle.
The reason for the main handwritten 'splash' image (just some writing on a note pad) was because some other users didn't see the links on the left and waited for picture to open themselves ( how that happens I do not know...) and after waiting 10 seconds for the 'gallery' to open they got bored and closed the page. I'm still pondering over that now... ho hum...
Any comments on the images themselves? good, bad, ugly, boring, over edited?
One thing I do not like is mixing the 'orientation' of the photos (portrait, square, landscape) but I tried to do this with as little upset on the viewer as possible...

a small update: I added thumbnails so that you are free to choose which image to enlarge. I used jalbum software, and a slight variation to the 'Matrix' plug-in to make the thumbnails.
I would like to hear any comments, either on the new look, or in general.
I have no idea how this page will work on 56k modems, but I am guessing slow :(
I do not have the ability to check this, sorry.
