I recently completed my first team shoot and was really over whelmed with the amount of post processing work done. For those of you that do teams how do you handle the post work. These are the steps I took maybe there's a better way.
1. create folders by league then team then orders from that team
2. upload pictures to pc
3. move pics into folders by numbers. Usually 3 pics. Numbers recorded during picture session.
4. move team picture into team folders
5. Open up template into ps cs2 and adjust names dates accordingly.
6. open up first team picture and adjust as needed and pasted onto template.
7. Open up first athlete pic from that team and cc then paste on Memory Mate
8. open up 5x7 template if using and paste athlete's pic.
9. Save each template as a jpeg in it's corresponding folder.
10. Once all pictures are done many hours later, upload pictures to mpix
11. select sizes to order once all pics are uploaded and moved to shopping cart.
12. once order comes in lay pictures out all over to match up pictures.
13. reorder pics forgotten during the first round of ordering.
14. organize folders plus tag with team name and athlete name
15. deliver pictures.
