I spent the day roaming Lake Winnepesauke in New Hampshire today. I thought this scene was kinda cool. I wouldn't have minded if the "station" were smaller in the picture, but that wasn't happening. What do you think?

Sorry about the big size. I compressed it to a decent size but thought it looked like poo, so I said the heck with it and gave fair warning.

And you said you didn't like landscapes. That is a great image. I like the way that Texaco sign jumps right out at you.

Great job. Looks like your weather was condusive to shooting this weekend.

Lovely colors and detail in that photo. I like the composition, yes maybe the house could be smaller, but it's great just the same.

That's a lovely picture.

I'm more impressed with the fact that you can spell Winnepesauke

I can't.

And you said you didn't like landscapes.

No, I said that I can't *do* landscapes. Give me something interesting and I can take a shot, but there's no promise that I'll still manage to capture the interest.

My real problem is *seeing* interesting things. A real landscape photographer would probably fill 3 gig cards while I was busy scratching my head looking for interesting stuff. But I'll keep trying.

Thanks folks! There's hope for me yet....
